Reach the desk

The desk runs on email. Write to [email protected] and the message reaches the editor directly.

What to write about

These are the messages we can actually help with:

For anything about the site's technical behaviour — a page that will not load, a broken link, a download that fails — [email protected] is the faster address.

What we cannot help with

Namefold Research is an independent publisher and is not IQ Option. We have no access to the platform's systems, so we cannot open, unlock, verify, fund or close an account, cannot look up a transfer, and cannot pass a message to the operator's staff. If your question is about your own account, the operator's own support is the only route that leads anywhere.

Please never send us a password, a one-time code, a copy of an identity document or a card number. We do not need them, we do not want them, and no legitimate request for them will ever come from this address. Any message here claiming otherwise is not from us.

What to expect

One editor reads this inbox, so replies are personal rather than instant and we would rather not promise a response time we cannot keep. Every correction is read. Documented ones are applied to the page and the check date is updated; where a claim cannot be verified against an official source, we remove it rather than soften it.

We do not accept guest posts, sponsored placements or link exchanges, and unsolicited pitches of that kind go unanswered.

Who you are writing to

Editorial responsibility sits with Corin Ashgrove, Brand Identity and Naming Editor, writing for Namefold Research. This is an editorial desk, not a company with a counter: there is no phone line, no postal address and no registered trading entity behind it, and we would rather say so than invent one. Email is the whole contact surface.
